SHS Returns Home For Big Game With Booker T
Last weekend the Pioneers fought a hard battle against Tulsa Union, but added another loss to the column, and are now 1-4 on the season. While the game started out strong for the Pioneers, Union was the team on top.

King Williams had a good performance, with 9 carries for 60 yards and a touchdown run, which came early in the game. Williams scored on a 45-yard touchdown run, but that was all he would have for the game. Braxton Noble went 12 for 25 with 130 passing yards, resulting in two touchdowns. However, that wasn't enough to carry the Pioneers to a win.

Despite the loss the team is looking forward to playing at home again. They face Booker T. Washington, a team who is 3-2 and coming off a road victory in Enid. The Washington Hornets are 2-1 on the road and will try to get their third of the season.

The Pioneers kickoff at 7 p.m. on Friday at Pioneer stadium in hopes to get a much needed win in conference play.
